The challenge

Having undertaken a routine information security review and identified some controls and processes that needed improvement, FNMHF had developed a prioritized action plan. However, with limited internal resources dedicated to information security, they were unable to plug the identified gaps as quickly as they needed; leaving the organization vulnerable to potentially disruptive events that could either impact its ability to deliver services, or expose sensitive information.

The solution

FNMHF chose Elastify to provide valuable subject matter expertise and assistance to accelerate key initiatives that have enhanced the maturity of the trust’s security program;

  • We developed a comprehensive suite of policies, standards and guidelines
  • We provided flexible, on-demand consulting, including guidance on security best practice
  • We assisted with process improvements and remediation activities, including rolling out Compliance Manager
  • We helped FNMHF in procuring a training and awareness solution
  • We also performed a penetration test on their cloud environment

The outcome

Elastify helped FNMHF remediate approximately 60% of their high and medium risk findings.

Elastify fully understands the challenges organizations face when trying to manage day to day operations as well as stay on top of the latest security threats and risks. FNMHF has the confidence in our people to know they’ll receive top notch service and expert advice to address their cybersecurity concerns and protect what matters most.
