Job Description
Our client, a growing private equity firm based in Toronto, is currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join them on a permanent basis. See below for details and to apply.
- Contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You’ll be developing code and design docs and
giving feedback on product specs and business requirements. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert for platform knowledge of the Salesforce platform
- Work closely with product and design to build scalable and functional products.
- Identify and recommend Salesforce.com-based solutions, integration points, and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability, and
performance. - Guide delivery and best practices of Salesforce Einstein and recommend best practices. As a hands-on technologist, you will be architecting and building reusable,
highly scalable development in Salesforce that can be seamlessly integrated with other systems - Ensures system, technical and product architectures are aligned with business objectives
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in a computer science or engineering is preferred
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce is must
- Fluency in python and SQL with demonstrated experience in creating/designing APIs
- Extensive experience leading project teams in a CRM landscape including cloud
- Extensive experience working with project leadership in providing inputs and recommendations to build project schedules for complex Salesforce solutions, including configuration, development, integration, security and project landscape.
- Strong understanding of financial industry and environments is preferred
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Big Query, Python and tableau is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills that are required to interpret data and draw conclusions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to distill complexity for senior management
- Self-starter and team player with strong collaboration skills.

• On-site Monday – Thursday. Remote on Friday
